The inflatables are not just for backyard parties, they are becoming the cornerstone at company picnics, youth groups, fund raisers, festivals, trade shows and schools. It’s almost impossible to drive around on a weekend and not spot a Bounce House, Slide or other Inflatable Play Structure. But why is their popularity growing by leaps and bounds? The reason is simple; children and adults love the fun and physical activity that inflatable play structures provide. They keep kids busy through the entire time of their event so the adults can relax and enjoy the time with family and friends, and that’s what it’s all about. Everybody wins… and so can you! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. Do I need prior business management experience? Although it is helpful, it is not required. We will train you in all aspects of the business. What you must possess, however, the concept and you need to like people and have fun! 2. Will I have a protected territory? Yes, you will have a territory assigned to you. 3. Can I sell my business down the line? Yes, but you will need to call BOUNCIN’ BEARS so that we can issue a new license agreement for the territory and they will have a fee to pay to BOUNCIN’ BEARS for the transfer of the territory rights. 4. How much money do I need to own my own BOUNCIN’ BEARS? You will need to be able to qualify for a $150,000 – 200,000 loan. 5. How will you help me? We will assist you during the development phase, lease negotiation, warehouse layout, training, opening, and operations. Once you are open, feel free to call with any questions, but it will be your business! BOUNCIN’ BEARS started with the idea that in order to grow and remain competitive, we needed facilities that could constantly evolve, grow, and keep customers coming back year after years. We have developed relationships with equipment manufactures in the inflatable industry to design visually stimulating equipment for our facilities. BOUNCIN’ BEARS FRANCHISE Small BOUNCIN’ BEARS Facility - grants you the right to operate in a facility 3,500 – 5,000 square foot building which may be located in a light industrial or retail area. Your initial Franchise Fee for a SMALL BOUNCIN’ BEARS Facility will be $20,000 your investment will range between $100,000 - $250,000 this will vary depending on real estate, lease obligations, and tenant improvements. Your ceiling heights need to be at least 14 feet to accommodate inflatables. This will include training, operations manual, and business plan to take to banks and landlords. There is an ongoing fee of is 5% of gross revenue or $500 monthly for BOUNCIN’ BEARS support, trademark and logo use. Large BOUNICN’ BEARS Facility – grants you the right to operate in a facility that is 6,000 – 12,000 square foot building, which may be located in a light industrial or retail area. Your initial Franchise Fee for a Large BOUNCIN’ BEARS Facility will be $25,000 your investment will range between $200,000 – $400,000 this will vary depending on real estate, lease obligations, and tenant improvements. Your ceiling heights need to be at least 16 feet to accommodate inflatables. This will include training, operations manual, and business plan to take to banks and landlords. . There is an ongoing fee of is 5% of gross revenue or $500 monthly for BOUNCIN’ BEARS support, trademark and logo use. BOUNCIN’ BEARS GYM Facility – grants you the right to operate in a facility that is 6,000 – 15,000 square foot building, which may be located in a light industrial or retail area. Your initial Franchise Fee for a Large BOUNCIN’ BEARS Facility will be $30,000 your investment will range between $200,000 – $400,000 this will vary depending on real estate, lease obligations, and tenant improvements. Your ceiling heights need to be at least 16 feet to accommodate inflatables. This will include training, operations manual, and business plan to take to banks and landlords. You may lease or purchase workout and tanning equipment from several different vendors. We will give you all the information that you will need to contact the vendors. If you would like to include a jumping pillow with your inflatables, your price may vary about $10,000 for your investment. There is an ongoing fee of is 5% of gross revenue or $500 monthly for BOUNCIN’ BEARS support, trademark and logo use. There is no direct financing provided by BOUNCIN’ BEARS, we will provide you with a business plan for exploring financing, leasing, or SBA-backed programs.
